* Dead Phone (No Power / No Response): Phone fails to boot or show charging indication; on DC power supply, pressing power key results in 0.00A or a static low current hang (0.02A–0.06A) due to missing power sequencing.

* Direct VBAT / VPH Short: Internal damage to one of the upper MOSFETs causes an immediate short circuit to ground, tripping the bench power supply upon connection.

* Missing Essential System Rails: Absence of VIO18 (1.8V), VCORE, or storage VCC rails leaves the CPU unable to read boot code, often causing the board to appear only as an MTK USB Port / Preloader.
